EventBus: Circular Buffer mit Pub/Sub, Auto-Flush bei
Threshold oder Intervall, Error-Recovery.
SessionManager: Session-Lifecycle mit UUID, Dauer-Tracking.
ContentAnalyzer: Snapshot-Cache, semantische Diffs für
Wörter, Links, Tags, Headings, Frontmatter, Embeds.
