4d31129090 Projekt-Grundgerüst: Build-System und Konfiguration 
package.json mit better-sqlite3, tsconfig (strict, ES2022),
esbuild mit native-module-resolver für better-sqlite3,
manifest.json (Desktop-only), leere styles.css.
